We at BOXED.CO.NZ take great pride in the products we sell. Each box is carefully packaged for delivery and couriered to ensure the safety of the product.

If a gift box arrives in a damaged condition, we will gladly refund your money, or send a replacement, we only ask that you send the damaged product back to us at our expense.
 
If you wish to return goods, please return them in their original packaging and let us know why you are returning it. 

Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address. If a box goes missing as a result of incorrect information provided by the buyer, then we are unable to provide a refund for this. Please note, we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. All boxes must be signed for.
 
All sales are made under full compliance with the laws of New Zealand, including:

• Fair Trading Act 
• Commerce Act 
• Sale of Goods Act 
• Consumer Guarantees Act

Substitutions:
In the event of a product not being available we will replace it with another of similar or greater value.

Cancellations:
It is very difficult to retrieve a gift box once it has been dispatched from our premises. As a result, we are unable to allow cancellations, and therefore refunds, once a gift box has been dispatched.
 
If a gift box has not been dispatched we will cancel an order and provide a refund.

Sale of Liquor:
To comply with the Sale of Liquor Act 1989, BOXED.CO.NZ LIMITED has a licence to sell liquor. Granted by the Wellington City Council on 22nd November 2007, our license number is 049/OFF/54/2007.
 
Customers must be 18 or over and not be intoxicated to make purchases on this site. It is illegal to purchase alcohol when under the age of 18 and it is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor.
 
No liquor will be sold or delivered on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day.
